Western Horizon - 2014

Traveling west for an extended period was out of reach for many years, there had to be enough time to be immersed in what has proven to be the most diverse and naturally amazing state in Australia. It's important to reflect on the size of Western Australia and the geography it covers. Large expanses give way to locations that are like nowhere else in the country.

In 2014, a three month trip to the west began, and whilst it held many learning experiences, it also etched memories and photographs of a seemingly timeless nature. Being the first of its kind, this trip started the Horizons series and was the realisation of a long term dream.
