There is something about this location that makes me slow down. It is one of the few places along the South Coast where older jetty's and boats have been left behind to weather and add character to the shoreline, not demolished to be replaced by something new. The water here is pristine, I like the way you can see the bottom, even at dawn.
On the other side of the inlet you can see a town that is starting to grow, to get busy. Whilst capturing this shot I was, to my best knowledge, alone, to enjoy and slow down. As the sun rose the scene quickly changed with a flood of boats and people.
