As the snow season in Kosciuszko National Park in the New South Wales high country comes to a close, the creeks and rivers start to flow with urgency and purpose. This photograph at Farm Creek was taken in early September and the melt was well underway. I was struck by the detail in the moss covered rocks here, the green tings offered such a soft contrast to the rest of the scene.
I am always drawn to this location in Winter, I continue to find different angles and compositions of this same area and I can't wait to get up there again.
