The Autumn leaves fall and grace the rocks in the Ovens River near Harrietville in Victoria with such punchy colour. I wanted to portray to contrast between the yellow leaves and the water and just had to find a location that allowed it. I spent hours here, just finding compositions and working in the river to get the best angles I could find.
The light was so good on this day, heavy rain over night meant that it was over cast and everything was soaking wet with such saturated colour.
